Great location with easy access to key areas in Beijing. Breakfast was substantial and offered a good variety of Chinese and European food. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently. The rooms and the entire hotel weresuper clean and cozy. Plus, the fitness room had a good selection of equipment.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the Embassy's and conveniently located just outside downtown. There are also a street of restaurants as well as a shopping mall nearby, making dining and shopping options easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel is close to the area that we needed to be in, with easy access to the metro.

The hotel staff were not fluent in English, which made communication a bit challenging.

The hotel was conveniently located near the places I needed to go and just outside downtown. The transportation was easy with a subway station nearby and parking facilities available. This hotel is conveniently located near plenty of places to eat like Sanlitun village. It's also only a short walk to several malls for shopping. The airport express is also nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The gym and massage chairs were a nice touch.

The breakfast was lacking in Western options, and there was no complimentary milk for tea and coffee in the room.

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was an absolute gem. The location of this venue was perfect - right in the center of town on a street with plenty of great food joints. The staff here were amazing, they provided us with great service from the manager at the reception desk who managed the reception desk well during busy periods to the staff that cooked up my choice of greens upon request. The room amenities were top-notch, we had everything we needed from the mini-bar to the air conditioning and flat-screen TV. The leisure massage and garden area were well-maintained and we enjoyed them thoroughly. The free wifi in rooms and on-site car park were great bonuses as well.

Awesome breakfast selection with fresh fruits and local dishes. Appreciated the gesture of free breakfast after arriving early. DIY laundry facility helped a lot during my two-week stay. Convenient location with easy access to airport express and subway. I'd recommend Holiday Inn Express.
